We’re looking for someone with a broad range of experience across the IT spectrum to join our IT team as Assistant IT Manager.
About the role
- Support the IT Manager to administer and develop the ICT systems across the group.
- Provide technical support to staff using our help desk system.
- Monitoring, optimising, troubleshooting and testing ICT systems.
- Onboard new staff and provide training on how to access our ICT systems.
- Develop new skills and keep up to date with new technologies.
About you
- A love of all things IT, as well as an ambition to enhance and grow the ICT systems across the group.
- Experience with Windows, Linux servers and Windows desktop administration is essential.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 cloud systems is essential
- Practical hands-on knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPNs etc.) is essential.
- Experience with EPOS systems is desirable.
- A methodical problem solver who is proactive, with good communication skills.
- Will thrive in a small, professional team, where they can make great things happen whilst having fun along the way.
