SalaryBuild to Rent- Assistant Lettings Manager - £40,000pa- London + up to 20% discretionary bonus!
One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for an ambitious Build to Rent Lettings Manager to oversee my client’s brand-new Build to Rent development in Old Street. You will be responsible for letting void properties and delivering an exceptional customer service to all of the residents and ensuring that each property is let quickly to minimise the loss of rental income.
Your core responsibilities will consist of:
• Managing the lettings and offer process, including arranging and undertaking viewings and checking in appointments with customer and agents.
• Conduct regular market research to identify local trends and market rents.
• Send deal sheets to the Leasing Manager and assist the Leasing Manager in deal progression.
• Ensure that the property is let in exceptional condition.
• Manage tenancy renewals, ensuring that customers qualify for renewal prior to offering renewal terms and sending renewal deal sheets.
• Track progress of all deals and support the leasing coordinators with the collection or references, contract signing, and move in monies.
• Ensure that you conduct follow up calls to customers following viewings, and that follow up calls are made to all new residents within the first week.
• Conduct check-in and check-out reports for all tenancies.
• Liaise with the credit controller to include ensuring outstanding monies are collected, notices are served, and update the status on their systems.

• Property Management experience within a customer-focused environment.
• Have exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work to strict deadlines to get tasks done.
• Self-motivated with an exceptionally high energy and enthusiasm.
• Good negotiation skills and experience in property negotiation
