Job Description
Reed Brighton is excited to be working with an established estate agency in the heart of Brighton who are seeking an Assistant Lettings Manager to join their team. You will be an integral part of the business by managing and overseeing the lettings process for residential properties.
This is a permanent, full time position Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays (on a rota basis).
Duties to include:
- Assisting the Manager in motivating the team and educating the team in the generation of new business.
- Achieving your own personal objectives and targets that have been set personally and achieving the targets for the department.
- Accountability for delivery of both individual and collective objectives including profitability, improved market share and increased departmental value.
- Professionally dealing with clients and customers in all aspects of lettings, including negotiation, problem solving and complaints.
Essential criteria:
- Hold a valid UK driving licence.
- Have a minimum of 2 years management experience within the property / lettings industry.
