Form of workRobert Half is recruiting for a Part Qualified Management Accountant to join a growing business in South Birmingham.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Producing Management Accounts for multiple business Units
- Calculating and raising Intercompany recharge invoices
- Assisting in the budgeting process for multiple business units
- Maintenance of the Fixed Asset Register, calculating and posting of Depreciation
- Posting and payment of expenses
- Bank reconciliations
- Gaining authorization of overhead invoices coding and posting
- Posting journals
- Reconciliation and maintenance of the invoice financing facility
- Overhead variance analysis
- Daily sales reporting
- Stock reporting
- Balance sheet Reconciliations
- Calculating Prepayments and accruals
- Calculating customer and supplier rebates
The successful applicant will have:
- A critical eye for attention to detail
- Excellent Organisational and Communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of team.
- The ability to resolve queries.
- Good Excel skills
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Ideally ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified
