We're currently on the hunt for an Assistant Manager to support General MAnager at The Ring, Waterloo. This is your chance to leave a mark, overseeing a venue you can truly be proud of. This role empowers you to not only nurture your team but also ensure a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. From your first day at The Ring, you'll set the standard, ensuring everyone from customers to staff enjoys their time. You'll have the creative freedom to curate the bar's offerings and employ your innovative spirit to organize events that boost our business.

We're scouting for candidates who are business-minded, team-oriented, and driven by sales, with a track record of fostering a successful venue that enjoys a stellar local reputation. You should have a fervent interest in food and drink, especially beer and cocktails. Above all, your greatest joy should come from serving customers, inspiring your team, and devising memorable, enjoyable nights at Jack's, making it the buzz of the town.
