The Assistant Manager will support the Registered Manager with operational direction and organisation in the effective running of a Residential Care Services in accordance with their Statements of Purpose. They will undertake all of the responsibilities of an Assistant Manager and work with the Registered Manager to ensure the Services comply with the legislative requirements.
The Assistant Manager with work with the Residential Management Team to drive continuous improvement for the Service, and the implementation of efficient and robust monitoring and quality assurance arrangements.
They will ensure children and young people accommodated in the Service receive high quality care and support which successfully promote their safety and wellbeing.
