About us
The Corporate Parenting Service works with the most vulnerable children and families, including those on the edge of care, within the care system and preparing for independence. The strategic aim of this service is to deliver integrated and individualised interventions to promote best outcomes for them.
Oxfordshire's mid to long term home provides support to children who are cared for by the local authority.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Team Manager, who has experience working in a residential children’s home and highly motivated to lead and develop.
You will have significant specialist childcare experience including at least 2 years of direct work with children within the last 5 years and at least 1 year’s supervisory experience.
You will be able to demonstrate ability and willingness to undertake Social work Qualification and/or diploma level 5 – leadership and Management in residential Childcare if not already obtained.
