Assistant Manager

Randstad CPE are currently recruiting a General Assistant to work within Colchester.

Job Description:

To supervise front of house and assist the general Manager

To work with the Manager to ensure, client and customer requirements are exceeded

Financial accountability (driving sales, GP, labour and overheads)

To achieve budgeted gross margin

To ensure the highest standards of Health and Safety and HACCP are maintained

A pro-active approach to driving the catering operation forward with an emphasis on innovation

Pay rate:

GBP14.42ph

Duration:

Temp to Perm: Mon to Fri - 8:00am to 4:00pm.
