Job description
The Post holder will organise and co-ordinate a range of Patient Experience activities including Security, Car Parking and CCTV in their designated area of responsibility. They will provide Patient Experience services in a customer-focused manner ensuring delivery of appropriate quality services, which will achieve value for money within the delegated budget allocations. .
