Assistant Operational Manager (Security/Car Parking), Band 4

The Post holder will organise and co-ordinate a range of Patient Experience activities including Security, Car Parking and CCTV in their designated area of responsibility. They will provide Patient Experience services in a customer-focused manner ensuring delivery of appropriate quality services, which will achieve value for money within the delegated budget allocations. .

A management qualification at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent plus at least one years recent suitable junior management experience within the provision of Patient Experience Services Or Worked for at least three years in a junior management role.

Well-developed written and oral communication skills.

Level 3 Security Operations qualification
