Assistant Operations Manager - Primary Care

About you A minimum of 2 years management experience Experience of delivering services across multiple sites Leadership attributes, acting as a role model with the ability to assess others skills, coach and develop personnel where appropriate Ability to develop, coach and motivate personnel to work to their full potential Experience of managing multidisciplinary teams including clinical teams Able to build relationships, both internally and externally to the organisation, using influencing and negotiating skills, with tact and diplomacy UK driving license Whats on offer?
