About the Role

Two full time, permanent positions available at either Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level.
As part of a long-term growth plan, the Department of Psychology is recruiting to two new research/teaching posts.
Please state clearly in your application whether you would like to be considered for an Assistant or Associate level post.

Starting date: 1st September 2024 or by mutual agreement.


We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.

About You
1

We are looking for candidates who will strengthen and complement teaching, research and impact within one or more of our three broad groups: Lifespan Health and Wellbeing; Language and Learning; or Behavioural Science.

Candidates should hold a PhD and have a proven research record, a clear plan for future research and funding, the ability to provide inspirational teaching at both the undergraduate and post-graduate levels, and willingness to contribute to administrative duties.
