Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting independent planning consultancy who are looking to recruit a Assistant Planner/Planner to join the Brentwood office. The client works in a variety of sectors such as mixed-use, leisure, housing, commercial, rural and more!
Candidate Requirements:
- RTPI accredited degree or a relevant degree
- Relevant Planning experience in either a local authortity or consultancy
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time and multiple projects effectively
- Strong communication skills (verbally and in written form)
- Good understanding and knowledge of the planning system
- Commercial awareness
- Competent user of Microsoft 365 products
