Assistant Planner | Planner - Client Side

Job Title: Assistant Planner | Planner
Location: Bristol or Stanstead
The Company:
Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a developer who are looking to add an Assistant Planner | Planner to the Bristol or Stanstead office.
The Role:
As a key member of the Planning & Design team you will be responsible for assisting on projects, whilst providing guidance and advice to other team members.
Duties:

• Working closely with the Design and Planning Director, Senior Planning Manager and Planning manager.
• Assist in the effectiveness of Planning and Design team activities and the management of outside consultants working on planning applications and condition of sign offs.
• Assist in monitoring S106 obligations
• Prepare, submit and monitor major planning applicaitons

Qualifications and Experience:

• Town Planning Degree
• 1+ Years' Experience in the Public or Private sector
