Due to a healthy workload are now on the lookout for an Assistant Planner to be the latest addition the office in Cardiff.
Essential Criteria for an Assistant Planner:
MRTPI qualified or accredited Diploma or Masters. (Relevant Town Planning Degree)Understanding at a practical level in property.1– 2 years of exposure in the private sector of planning.Strong numerical and report writing skills.Responsibilities and Duties of an Assistant Planner:
Provide planning consultancy advice to clients and colleagues.Attend and report with clients at regular project meetings.Produce reports to support planning appeals and applications.Develop and maintain active communication with your own team and other teams.Becoming a single point of contact for clients.Company Benefits:
