Your new company are one of the UK\'s largest FMCG manufacturers, originally started in County Tyrone 80 years ago, and has now become a large, billion-pound business employing over 10,000 people.

Your new role
As Assistant Plant Manager, you will be a senior member of the team, liaising with other members of the agriculture division and external customers. You will support the efficient running of 2 sites, assisting the management teams in all aspects of management including product handling and despatch. You will assist in the overall running of the factory unit and take an active role in people management, equipment, transport and customer liaison.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for the role will have proven people management experience, with the ability to reason effectively. You should have strong communication skills, be able to work on your own initiative, and be computer-literate. Desirably you will have a 3rd level qualification.
