SalaryReed Education is seeking an Assistant Principal for Pastoral and Inclusion. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding individual with a track record of impactful strategic leadership. The right candidate must have an ability to demonstrate school improvement and the resilience to deal with the challenges of the role. We are looking for a leader who can support us in the next stage of our journey to consistently promote a culture of excellence across behaviour and character development.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the strategic development of our culture of excellence across student attendance, behaviour and safeguarding in the academy.
- Lead a large team compromising an Assistant Principal for behaviour, Assistant Principal for Attendance, Senior Behaviour Manager and Deputy Safeguarding lead.
- Be a prominent, visible presence around the academy and promote strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Lead with confidence and conviction and be passionate about the power of education to transform lives.
- Demonstrate impeccable professionalism, unwavering determination, and relentless optimism.
- Support and guide colleagues whilst demonstrating a love of your subject to cultivate a similar passion in your students.
- Have the highest expectations of every student in terms of achievement, character, and conduct.
Requirements:
- A track record of impactful strategic leadership.

- Passionate about the power of education to transform lives.
- Impeccable professionalism, unwavering determination, and relentless optimism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a similar role is desirable.
