Reed Education is seeking an Assistant Principal for Pastoral and Inclusion. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding individual with a track record of impactful strategic leadership. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the strategic development of our culture of excellence across student attendance, behaviour and safeguarding in the academy.
- Lead a large team compromising an Assistant Principal for behaviour, Assistant Principal for Attendance, Senior Behaviour Manager and Deputy Safeguarding lead.
- Be a prominent, visible presence around the academy and promote strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Lead with confidence and conviction and be passionate about the power of education to transform lives.
- Demonstrate impeccable professionalism, unwavering determination, and relentless optimism.
- Support and guide colleagues whilst demonstrating a love of your subject to cultivate a similar passion in your students.
- Have the highest expectations of every student in terms of achievement, character, and conduct.
