Our client designs, manufactures and supplies engineering components across a range of sectors and industries. This is an opportunity to join the team, assisting in all stages of a project, from quoting through to completion.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with quoting of projects.
- Creating 2D and 3D drawings.
- Contributing to the conceptual design of a project.
- Detailing drawings for manufacture.
- Further duties as required to support business operations.
About You:
You will have a demonstrable interest in technology, engineering and machine design. Experience with hydraulics would be highly advantageous. You will have a proactive and problem-solving approach, and will be able to build strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be self-motivated and able to work flexibility and adaptably to ensure a high standard of service delivery. In addition, you will have experience of using 2D and 3D design software, and experience with an electrical design package would also be highly advantageous.
The Salary:
Up to £26,000 per annum (dependant on experience).
The Hours:
8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday.
8.30am to 4.30pm, Friday.
While most duties will be carried out onsite, occasional site visits may be required
