- Are you highly organised and could offer effective administrative support to colleagues?
- Would you enjoy supporting colleagues with the delivery of the service examination process for learners?
- Are you good at planning and keeping records which will assist our team in running a highly effective examination process, to the benefit of our learners?

- Ability to determine work priorities and work to deadlines
- Ability to present statistical information and written reports
- Ability to file, retrieve and manipulate information
- Able to work collaboratively with others and in a team
- High level of IT skills using Microsoft Office Applications: word processing, excel spreadsheets, etc
- Experience of providing administrative support to middle and senior managers
- Ability to maintain effective record management procedures
- Develop and maintain links with others within the wider service and with external contract holders
This is a permanent post of 3 days a week (22.2 hours). The Council does offer flexible working options should you wish to consider this.

If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
Full-time employees work 37 hours for 52 weeks of the year and we offer a generous holiday entitlement. We are open to discussions about a wide range of flexible working opportunities which benefit you and the Council, including reduced hour contracts, working part time or as a job share.
