We are hiring am Assistant Asset Manager on behalf of a privately owned on property development and management business.
Duties of an Assistant Property Asset Manager
- Management of tenancy application process
- Oversee delivery of maintenance across the portfolio
- Viewings and Inspections
- First point of contact for tenants, building positive relationships
It is essential that you have the following experience, licence or skills;
- Full Driving Licence
- Organised and reliable
- Two years previous experience in property management or similar
