Assistant Property Manager

Location - Clifton / Redland area of Bristol

Contractual Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm

Salary - up to £28,000 (depending upon experience)

Contract - Permanent

Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our fantastic team in Bristol.

Our commitment to continuous professional development is at the very heart of this opportunity and we fully support the ARLA qualification process. Working closely with highly experienced team members, you will receive training right from the start.

Duties include assisting the Property Managers with:

• Letting the portfolio
• Moving Tenants in and out
• Checking rents
• Property inspections
• Organisation of maintenance, safety testing and the compliance of the portfolio
• Renewing Tenancies
• Relationship building with Landlords and Tenants

Skills and experience required to be a successful Assistant Property Manager

• Interest in property
• Looking to pursue a career in Property Management and Lettings
• Focused on customer care and customer service
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail orientated
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Hold a Full clean UK driving licence (with the provision of a Pool car a possibility)
