Working Hours - Monday - Friday (Shifts between 8am - 6pm) + 1 Saturday per month

EMBS Property are representing a client in East London looking to find a talented Assistant Property Manager for their impressive residential building.

Overview of the role:

Working as part of the onsite team you will be responsible for carrying out property management duties across the site as well as providing first class customer service to all residents.

Role Outline:

• Management of Move-out Inventories
• Conduct inspections
• Oversee In-apartment Compliance
• Identify and coordinate In-apartment maintenance projects
• Coordinate all maintenance requests and planned works on site
• Ensure the site is health and safety compliant
• Contractor management
• Management of resident complaints
• Helpdesk support
• Management of the legal notices process
• Deposits Management
• Management of Move-in notifications
• Debt management
• Issue POs and process invoices for maintenance works
