Assistant Property Manager

Are you an Assistant Property Manager? I have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a motivated, organised and team focused Assistant Property Manager to join a friendly property management organisation in Plymouth. Working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm (with some flexibility), with a salary of GBP22,000 to GBP24,000 DOE.

Wise Employment are recruiting for someone with previous property management, lettings management or property administration experience and a qualification in property management is desirable (Such as IRPM) or the willingness to study for this. We are looking to speak to candidates who would enjoy working as part of a small, tight knit team of likeminded people.

Duties included;

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be expected to help manage the property portfolio s and to speak at length with stakeholders; both face to face and over the phone. You will be responsible for your own diary management and attend and assist with monthly/quarterly stakeholder meetings. This role will involve extensive administration; typing letters, opening post, data input, document production etc and conducting regular on-site health and safety reports

We are looking for candidates with strong skills needed to excel in this position, including; Resilience, empathy, strong organisational abilities, self-motivated, driven have the ability to think outside the box and hold a valid British drivers licence.

The team are extremely hardworking and supportive, and full training will be given.

Hour of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm, with occasional requirements to work out of hours (plenty of notice would be given), so we are looking to speak to candidates who are flexible and happy to go above and beyond. Time would be given back in lieu.

Due to the nature of this role as a Property Manager, a driving licence is essential as regional travel will be required and a pool car would be available for use.
