Assistant Pub Manager Live-In

We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager or Bar Supervisor to join our busy pub in Braemar. If you have a passion for the F&B industry and want to work at a pub with a high quality food and drink offering, great atmosphere, even better team and regular live music then get in touch.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Pub Manager in overseeing daily operations, including managing staff, inventory, and finances.

• Managing and scheduling staff shifts, ensuring they are adequately trained, and managing performance.

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized pub environment and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Assisting with the planning and execution of events and promotions to increase business.

• Handling customer complaints and feedback, ensuring that their experience at the pub is positive.

• Ordering and managing inventory of food, drinks, and other supplies and ensuring that they are properly stored and rotated.

• Monitoring sales and inventory levels and making recommendations for adjustments to pricing and menu offerings.

• Assisting in the preparation and management of the budget and financial statements.

• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the pub and increase customer engagement.
