We have an opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our innovative alliance with Anglian Water (Integrated Maintenance and Repair Water Recycling Alliance).

IMR WRA provide the best water recycling, by maintaining existing assets and undertaking new projects, that safeguard future water recycling asset health. Within the Alliance’s remit is planned and emergency sewer works, rising mains and SMART technology installation, as well as maintenance and repair.

Here are some of the activities that you’ll get involved in:

• Generate and report weekly revenue and cost reports
• Control submissions of daily completed jobs
• Apply working knowledge of Schedule of Rates
• Support the authorization and submission of project variations, contracts, subcontracts, material, and plant orders
• Liaise with Operations & Planning to monitor job progress and scope changes
• Assist management with the subcontractor supply chain, including setting up, final accounts, applications, etc.

We are looking for candidates who have…

Previous experience in a similar role and proficiency in Excel including formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s is essential.
