Your Next Role – what you’ll be doing:
I am working with a very well-established residential developer and builder who is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a refurbishment specialist team based out of their Stanmore office. Projects for this team include full top to bottom refurbishments, facade replacements and fit outs for both sale and rental and work closely with the new build team for the same business.
The ideal candidate will possess a couple years of post-graduate experience, with sometime spent working within a main contractor and have some experience working on facades packages. Knowledge of the QS role and the ability to learn and developer quickly are essential for this position.
