Job Description:
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in supporting the Quantity Surveying team in the successful delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with pre and post-contract quantity surveying duties.
- Preparing and reviewing cost estimates and budgets.
- Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Managing subcontractor accounts and payments.
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Assisting with tendering and procurement processes.
- Contributing to the overall cost control and financial management of projects.
