This company specialises in Civil Engineering projects mainly within the Residential sector working for some great clients within the industry. They also work on projects within the Commercial and Industrial sectors. This company offer a variety of services for their clients, ranging from pre-construction services, groundworks, infrastructure and civil engineering works amongst other services. Their continued delivery of high-quality services to their clients has allowed them to grow which is why they are looking to add to their dynamic and ambitious team.
Within this role you will assist and support the commercial team with queries, concerns with new and current projects. You will also support and help with the support and preparation of applications for payment, project variations and design changes. As well assisting in the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers and the payments to do with that. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will assist with the preparation of progress updates of current projects.
The ideal candidate will be an aspiring Quantity Surveyor who has or is working towards a relevant degree. Who has great analytical and Microsoft Suite experience to help assist with the running of projects commercially.
