SalaryOur client is a well run and busy company whom are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing construction team. This role would suit some body looking for a long term opportunity.
You will ideally have 4 years plus experience of surveying and costing on a range of projects including commercial and residential new build developments. Our client have 5 years worth of work already secured in these sectors. Typical project value 4million- 10 million.
Key responsibilities:-
Produce valuations and payment applications
Surveying of properties and pricing estimates
Identify changes to works information
Costing variations
Understanding of quality control, material scheduling etc
Subcontract account management
Cost reporting and Cost Planning
