SalaryWe have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor based in Oxford. They turn over circa £20mil per annum and are renowned in the Oxford area, undertaking projects across the commercial, education, healthcare and leisure sectors valuing up to £5mil. Projects are usually negotiated off the back of building strong relationships with clients and administered via JCT forms of contract. Having recently had a re-shuffle within the business, they are now looking to expand their commercial team with an additional Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
As Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will be required to manage your own projects (which will typically range in value up to £2mil) from initial conception through to final account. You will be reporting into the Managing Quantity Surveyor whom you can lean on for support.
In return, they're offering a salary of up to £40k for the right individual with benefits including car allowances etc. This opportunity would suit a Surveyor with past experience of managing projects who l be able to land on two feet.
