The well-established company are renowned for delivering high quality brickwork and flat roofing projects to the Residential, Commercial and Educational sectors. Working with a number of blue chip clients including Fairview Homes and Countryside completing flat roofing on residential projects. This company have ambitious growth plans with the aim to increase turnover by acquiring more tier one clients and further expanding their offerings. To facilitate this growth they're looking for an Assistant QS to join the business and progress through the ranks as the company grows.
In this role you will be based from the Luton office and working alongside the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager. You will be responsible for producing payment applications, costing variations, placing purchase orders and assisting with costing reports. This is an office based role with occasional site visits.
This role would suit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor from a construction background with strong commercial acumen, Excel proficiency and communication skills looking to receive further training and progress their career in the industry.
