From direct work in communities to national campaigning, we are focused on making sure every child has a safe and happy childhood, and the foundations they need to thrive., , About the service:, , This 4 bedded service is for two young people initially, who have emotional and behavioural difficulties, complex needs and have experienced extensive trauma in their lives. By creating a nurturing, attachment-based environment, you can ensure they get the right support to foster their development., , At the same time, we will provide specialist learning, training and Supervision to speed your professional development – alongside a competitive rewards package., , We recognise that the young people we will be caring for can communicate behaviours which cause risk to themselves and staff.  In these instances, staff will be trained through the Team Teach model to physically intervene., , A bit about the role:, , The young people's care will involve professional practice that is sensitive to their trauma history. Our model will provide an environment where they will receive positive experiences of reliable, consistent parenting through providing specific and structured care, with very clear consistent boundaries., , We are now seeking an Assistant Residential Worker to help us maintain the high standards of care and personal development our young people have come to expect.
