What you will do
As the Restaurant Manager you will lead the team from the front to deliver a high quality service. You will be responsible for managing staff rotas and staff training, along with following company policy and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment and property.

Experience within a similar role
Previous experience managing a team
Exceptional organisational and leadership skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Ability to remain calm under pressure
