Assistant Restaurant Manager

Manpower is currently recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to work in the Oxford City Centre. You will assist the Senior Restaurant Manager in the running of our busy catering service operation, working with the team to provide an excellent standard of service to their staff, students, visitors and external clients. You will work an average of 5 days out of 7, working a total of 36.5 hours per week. Shifts will vary to cover the hours of business requirements, including weekend and evening work. The normal hours of operation are between 7am and 10.30pm, with occasional events that exceed these hours.
About you
You will have previous experience in catering, preferably with bar or barista experience, and experience in supervising staff. You will be flexible, customer focused, and have good communication skills.
