Job Description:
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager at Daffodil, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will help oversee the daily running of the restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about hospitality, has excellent leadership skills and is committed to providing an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Help manage and train the restaurant staff, ensuring service excellence.
Oversee guest reservations and dining experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist in managing budgets, inventory, and cost controls.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Assist in menu planning and coordination with the kitchen staff.
Help implement and maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Provide support in staff scheduling and performance evaluations.
Step in for the Restaurant Manager as needed.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food, beverage, and service techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
