Responsibilities within your new role as Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Assist the Manager in the efficient operation of the restaurant and bar
• Oversee staff training and development
• Supervise restaurant personnel to ensure high-quality service
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Deputise for the Manager in their absence
