We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Shop Manager for a garage located in Swindon. This well established business is known for it’s customer service and attention to detail.
The Role:
- Interaction with customers either face to face or via the telephone.
- Dealing with queries
- Booking in vehicles for services and repairs
- Managing stock, ensuring records are up to date and locations are correct.
- Managing stock deliveries
- Dealing with suppliers.
The Person:
- Fantastic interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Attention to detail and numerate
- Great customer service skills
- A good time keeper is an absolute must!
- A “can do” attitude
- Knowledge of automotive parts is desirable
