Job Title: Assistant Site Manager
Location: Chichester
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage 1st and 2nd fix activities on site.
- Ensure all handovers are completed to the highest standard.
- Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day operations of the site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution of work.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure all work meets the specified standards.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines and resources.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of site activities and progress.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in building care homes is essential.
- Proven track record of managing 1st and 2nd fix operations.
- Strong understanding of traditional build methods.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
