A privately owned house builder seeks to appoint an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a development based in South Lakes. The company specialise in private developments across the North West region, their properties range from apartments, mews, townhouses to spacious detached family homes focusing on quality, appearance, layout and style.
Assistant Site Manager Role
The company have established a reputation for building quality new homes in sought after locations throughout the North West, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside regions.
Working closely with the Site Manager you will be responsible for assisting the site team with the completion of the development taking plots through 1st, 2nd and final fix getting plots ready for CML and handover along with taking the lead on all customer care defects.

Essential requirements:
" Valid Health & Safety certificates including SMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS Card, NVQ Level 4 or above, Scaffold Appreciation, Trade background
" Previous experience working on housing developments
" Experience working on award winning development (desirable)
