With a strong presence in the UK market are seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Site Manager to join their dynamic team supporting the delivery of a drylining project in Watford.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager overseeing the drylining and associated trades on the residential project in Watford.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and on-site personnel.
- Assist in monitoring and controlling project costs and schedules.
- Manage and maintain documentation and paperwork related to the project, including but not limited to progress reports, permits, and material orders.
- Assist in conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry, with a focus on drylining and associated trades.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to handle paperwork efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of subcontractors and on-site personnel.
- A proactive and aspirational attitude, with a desire to further develop a career in site management within the construction industry.
- Relevant construction qualifications or certifications would be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
