• Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors, fostering strong relationships to achieve project objectives.

• Quality Assurance: Monitor and enforce quality standards, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.

• Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress to ensure transparency and effective communication.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within residential construction.

• SMSTS certification is essential.
