Assistant Site Manager

Assistant Site Manger required for a 3 month temporary contract working for an award winning residential developer on a project near Worcester.

Applicants will ideally have experience of working for a residential developer in an Assistant or Site Management position. In the role you will be working under a Senior Site Manager and be responsible for the management of the various sub-contractors on site ensuring that they adhere to the company health, safety and quality standards You will have a key role manging the build process and preparing units for CML.

You will require good communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines and have up to date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid tickets.
