Assistant Site Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK s largest house builders. The Northern Home Counties region is looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to join the Division s Construction team.

The Role
Working with the Site Manager reporting to the Construction Director you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a new build housing development site.
Day to day running of the site
Working with Management, motivating, supporting site staff
Health and Safety
Ensuring site presentation is maintained.
Working with the NHBC & LABC

Experience
High volume residential house builder.
Managing teams
Knowledge of health and safety and building legislation.

Qualifications and Training
GCSE Maths and English Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
Valid CSCS card
Valid SSSTS certificate
Valid First Aid certificate
Construction Management HNC Level 4, HND desirable
Valid Scaffold Appreciation certificate is desirable
