Assistant Site Manager

Carbon60 are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager in the Sheffield area. Job specification as per the below.
Preferred CV inclusions:

• Refurbishment experience including kitchens, bathrooms, rewiring, central heating installations.
• Experience working in sheltered accommodation/ care home type environments on refurbishment projects.
• Communal M&E systems (sprinklers, fire alarm, distribution pipework, lighting, ventilation)
• Dry lining and plastering.
• Joinery 2nd/final fix.
• Fire door installations.
• Fire stopping.
• IT skills - Excel, Word.
• SMSTS or SSSTS.
• Supervisor or Manager - CSCS card holder.
• First aid.
