We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a brand new development working under a Senior Site Manager to deliver 300 unique houses and apartments built to a very high specification, building circa 50 units per year on a 26 week programme from DPC, with a goal to build quality and win awards.
This opportunity is based in East Goscote, Leicestershire with future developments throughout Leicestershire, South East Derbyshire and South Nottinghamshire.
What they are looking for
The ideal candidate will have a background in delivering new build residential schemes as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager working for a residential developer to build traditional build housing; with experience in foundations, superstructure, and fit-out through to CML and liaison with the NHBC.

The business specialise specifically at the higher end of the volume build market, building homes that are spacious, quality, and unique in design which sets them apart from their competitors.
