Assistant Manager - Llandudno
£24000 - £25000 PA
This client is the leading attraction partner for skill games and amusements worldwide, operating in over 100 theme parks across 25 countries. They are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the running of there Llandudno site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring budgeted targets are achieved and operating standards are adhered to, all while working within budget constraints and maximizing operating efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities include:
1. Efficient Day-to-Day Operations:
- Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of all arcade/coin op operations.
2. Maintenance and Safety:
- Regularly inspect the interior/exterior standards and ensure safety checks are completed.
- Advise the manager on remedial action when necessary.
3. Financial Management:
- Monitor and review revenues, prize payouts, stock levels, and staff numbers.
- Ensure cash collections are accurate and secure, following company procedures.
4. Team Management:
- Motivate staff and contribute to the maximum efficiency of the site.
- Monitor and review individual staff performance, provide training, and conduct disciplinary action when necessary.
5. Stock Management:
- Work with the management team and Central Support to maintain correct stock lines and levels.
6. Health and Safety Compliance:
- Observe and implement health, safety, and security regulations.
- Ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
7. Customer Service and Image:
- Respond positively to customer requests.
- Promote a positive image of the Company in dealings with customers.
Person Specification:
- Experience in assisting with managing a team.
- Experience in the leisure industry/ Retail industry.
- Skills:
- Tenacious with good time management.
- Strong IT skills (MS Office, Excel).
- Cash handling experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-directed with a high degree of self-motivation.
- High attention to detail.
- Fully flexible with working hours, including weekends.
- Some Health & Safety knowledge (Desirable).
