London Retail Partners are opening M&S franchises across London. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, organised, customer and employee focused managers to join us in opening first class convenience stores in central London.
Purpose
To deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, we are looking for Assistant Managers who put customers before tasks every time whilst championing and promoting our brilliant products. As the face of the business, you will be the voice of our customers helping us to continually improve. You will deputise the Store Manager and lead a team of colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Accountabilities
Demonstrate strong leadership to deputise the Store Manager.
Coach and develop their team to deliver brilliant service, standards and processes, so they become experts in food and operations.
Role model and support the team by coaching and developing people to be their best, recognising and celebrating improvement.
Create an inclusive and engaging culture where everyone can be themselves.
Monitor and deliver on the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities.
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit to store.
Work alongside their team to drive accurate execution of processes and guidelines across all parts of the operation in food, delivering 100% execution of launches, events and campaigns.
Following clear framework to plan and execute all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly activity in store.
Ensure their store trades safely and legally, clear on expectations store wide when deputising for Store Manager.
We’ll give you the training to utilise all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time.
