An Assistant Store Manager is required to work with our client, Argento, a well known high street fashion jewellery retailer. The post will be based within Rushmere Shopping Centre, Craigavon. This role will start immediately with a pay rate of £11.41 per hour, working 40 hours per week on a rota basis including day, evening and weekend shifts. This role is initially for 12 months (Maternity cover) with a possibility of extension.
Our client is currently seeking a proactive, results driven manager to join the team who can support, train and get results.
What The Job Entails:
- Plan, prep and manage stock takes and launch of sale
- Deal with customer concerns in a professional, calm, efficient and helpful manner
- Supporting the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store
- Banking responsibilities; reconcile daily sales
- Providing exceptional customer services at all times, optimising sales through effective customer service and selling techniques
What We Need from You:
- You have a minimum of 1+ years experience in managing a high volume store
- Experience of serving customers in a high footfall environment is require
- You have experience within a KPI driven environment and understand how to drive these for ongoing growth and success
- Experience in executing company visual merchandising standards
