We are looking for an Assistant Managers to join the Team in our store in Long Acre, Covent Garden.

The Role
Assistant Managers create a slice of Italy in London, serving chocolate and gelato with genuine hospitality and care. The role is exciting, fast paced and has lots of opportunities for progression.
The Assistant Manager works alongside the Store Managers to run small, high impact teams including food and beverage operatives, an in-house gelatiere (gelato chef) and sales assistants.
In store leadership focuses on customer service, people management and driving sales and profit.
Venchi Assistant Managers and Store Managers have a close network across London and collaborate regularly to problem solve, share staff across the 10 branches and grow the brand.
Your working hours would be 40 hours over 5 days, to include some evenings and weekend days.[32-36 hours pro rata, job shares and flexible working considered].

- A passion for fine chocolate, gelato and Italian food culture.

- Experience developing others and yourself.
- Adaptability, resilience and flexibility.
- Fluency in multiple languages would be an advantage but not essential.
Pay & Benefits
Assistant Manager pay runs from our base rate of £27,000 to £29,000 and it is reviewed yearly.
