Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Store Manager for seamless store operations
* Foster the growth and development of store colleagues
* Efficiently manage stock and customer accounts
* Work with colleagues to meet and exceed sales targets

* Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships
About You:
* Proven experience in supervising a store and reviewing performance
* Understanding the importance of nurturing and developing a high-performing team
* Ability to motivate and inspire colleagues
* Proficient computer skills and numerical acumen
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
