Randstad are recruiting for an Assistant Team Manager / Practice Manager for Qualified Social Workers to join the Southwark Council's for Children's Services in the MASH team. This are contract role is offering hybrid working schedules and a fantastic Pay rate of £40 per hour.

You'll bring:

• A track record of professional leadership, with accountability for practice and people development
• Impressive experience of direct, complex social work with children and families
• Knowledge and understanding of child development, parenting capacity, environmental issues, and risk and protective factors
• The ability to lead service improvements and embed best practice

The minimum requirements for this role are:

• Should hold a Social Work qualification degree.
• Should be registered with Social Work England(SWE).
• Must already have good experience in managing.
• Enhanced DBS.
